RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES
We do not refund the cost of purchasing an EBook. If there is something wrong with the link, please contact us at ADMIN@ALWAYSASPARK.COM so we can issue you a new link.
Print Book Returns
We do not except print book returns with the exception of those that arrived damaged or with printing defects. These must be reported within 30 days of arrival. Please send a photo of the damaged or defected product to ADMIN@ALWAYSASPARK.COM so that we may process your complaint. Wait for a return authorization email from us with further instructions. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Reasons accepted for refund requests are damaged and faulty books or if a book does not arrive. To request a refund, please email ADMIN@ALWAYSASPARK.COM
